Hello everyone
Just been reading back over the last few days while I ate my lunch. Little one stayed last night - she was awake and shouting for me before 7 but came in my bed for a cuddle and a chat. Mind she'd slept from 6.30 last night, so can't complain.
Went down to mams for a cuppa this morning and ended up spending nearly 2 hours fixing dads' laptop - no idea what was wrong with it but it wouldn't even switch on. I took the battery out and it was covered in enough crumbs to make a sandwich!
Not sure how - but it's sorted now.
DD picked little one up about 1 to go to a soft play near Edinburgh. I have a Tesco delivery coming later so declined my invitation - not really my favourite place!
It was raining earlier but seems to be brightening now so I'll get my washing out on the line.
Gers - hope you enjoy your few days away
Csarina - sorry you've missed out on your break
Izzybee - Snap! My dad worked on the railway from age 15 till he retired so I too travelled everywhere by free trains! He started as a cabin boy in the signal boxes and ended up as a station manager.
Right, I'll put this washing out
Hope everyone has a good day10 -
Bright day here - I am having an at home day. Mr F has been helping me to empty the top shelves of my food cupboard - out of 3 shelves - only 1 was mucky. I have one shelf to put back now but needed a break so a sit at the computer was called for.Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering - 2024 - 8,365 August - 0/45
