Hi
Just wondering if anyone can help. I need to change my direct debit bank details but the Virgin app doesn't seem to allow this. Tried giving them a ring but tried twice for over 45 mins and no reply. Any help would be most welcome.
Cheers

I'm with virgin money. I don't think you can do that on the app. so go into your account via on line banking. you can do it there.1

Do you mean cancel the dd via my bank (Lloyds)? Don't I need to inform Virgin?
Thanks0 -
I don't know who the payee is and who the payer is. either way go on line via your pc or lap top and do it that way. you can not do it on your phone.0

Does the "Manage regular payments" in the app not offer the change bank account option ? - not followed it all the way through just in case it fouls something up.

I don't know. never used it. I do all my stuff on this pc.0

How do you manage a Virgin CC via PC since they went app only ?

No I tried the manage regular payments option. It just allows you to change the payment amount i.e minimum, statement amount or specific amount. I did think this would be the first part of process as it used to be when you could service the card through online banking but it's not.

I found it best to phone on opening time - did it the other day with both TSB and Lloyds and got through straight away - one opened at 8 and one at 9
