 hi, leased a 2012 nissan qashqi for 3 years through the motability scheme  can i make a claim? it did cost me my full dla allowance for the 3 years would have chosen a different vehicle if i would have known the true emission results i now drive a hybrid

How did the emission results have any impact on your choice? Fuel economy was exactly the same as stated.

What were the official NOx emissions of the car you leased? What were it's actual emissions? Were they definitely different?
If you don't know, what are you claiming for exactly?

The point you're missing is, compo is only justified in situations where you have suffered financial loss.  Break your leg due to the scaffolding at work not being rigged properly, you can't work for 6 months, you don't get paid - legitimate case for compo.  Someone runs over you on a zebra crossing, you're paralysed for life and need round-the-clock nursing care - legitimate case for compo.  You've heard some vague stuff about a new scandal - nope, sorry.

If you can quantify your financial loss then please go ahead and submit a claim.
