Theres nothing on the website?
Its my mothers account was looking through her bills and this popped up - shes not all there up top so isn't bothered she thinks its a good thing she's on a fixed pension but doesn't quite understand they're taking her money when they don't need to this would be better in her bank account than theirs - is a phone call the only option?
Actually mentioning it Igloo have just bumped up my DD to nearly a £100 a month going to need to look into that too.

Just double check some online accounts can be confusing. They can show the credit from the last bill plus the DD's received but the cost of energy used is not shown until the bill is actually produced.
Do your own sums for the cost of energyNever pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
I asked Green for a refund of excess balance and eventually got a refund .Their CS seems pretty poor at present .0
