I see a number of suggestions for posters to complain to their MPs about a Parking Charge Notice.
What is hoped to be achieved by this.

Raise awareness with a local MP
Lobby Michael Gove at the Mhclg
Writing to the companies or other parties on behalf of the victim
All the debates listed in Hansard , the MP s who spoke for all parties in the 2 houses and the Parking Bill 2019 by Sir Greg Knight were all brought about due to lobbying local MP s , which I did and my shadow cabinet MP spoke in parliament about it some 5 years ago , I watched the debates on BBC parliament etc
You cannot achieve regulation and independent appeals without the MP s bringing about change
One Scottish MP said half of his postbag was about Smart parking !!! ( Pete Wishart )3 -
In addition to the above, where changes don't happen unless you make a bit of noise, another reason I did it was because I wanted to be able to give back and contribute in my own tiny little way to show some appreciation to the guys and girls here that spend so much time helping other people out.5

No template is needed to make a complaint to an MP asking them to support your case and to complain to the landowner and PPC on your behalf.
All you need to know - and remind your MP about - is that there is a new law coming in next year, debated by MPs in 2018, and that this is a live issue with the MHCLG (now called the DLUHC). Due to Government's published intention to end unfair practices by PPCs, we can expect support on a case by case basis from MPs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
