BW Legal letters on behalf of ParkWatch

Hi all
Over the past few months, I have been receiving letters from BW concerning a supposed fine in 2019. Having not heard from Park Watch for so long I assumed they'd disappeared and have since gotten rid of the original letters.
On the original letter were images of the parked car and the driver (who is not me). The original amount owed was £100.
I have read the newbies thread and requested a SAR from PW and informed BW who put a hold on the account for 30 days. They have since sent 2 letters as a reminder and have given me till tomorrow to respond or collections activity as they put it: calls, text, letters and email will continue.
PW has not responded to my email requesting a SAR.
As I've recently been discharged from hospital, I have not been able to post on here as intended and appreciate the time frame is short.
Any advice is appreciated. Images of letters to follow shortly.

If more than 30 days have passed since your SAR to Parkwatch , email a follow up reminder with 7 days notice to reply or you will report them to the ICO
Parkwatch and everyone else in England and Wales has 6 years to issue a court claim pack from the CCBC in Northampton0 -
Thanks Red
Should I shoot BW an email regarding this? Is this likely to continue the hold on the account?0 -
Yes , tell them their client has failed to comply with the law named GDPR and they should remind their client of their legal obligations and to place the matter on hold until such time as the deadlock is resolvedSoaringFalcon said:Thanks Red

Do this after you send the follow up to the DPO at Parkwatch2 -
How long is it since you sent the Subject Access Request to Park Watch?
You do understand they have a calendar month to respond, don't you?1
