Address change

I need some help I have applied for a change of licence through gov.co.uk not the other companies that charge you I paid £49 through DVLA but the email I received says they are awaiting more documentation and I can't for the life of me get through to anyone I need to change my address for reasons relating to a company vehicle

There has to be more to this than a simple address change.
That's free, unless you want to change the photo on your photocard at the same time (£14). No documentation is required.

  • I followed a link through gov.co.uk to do a simple change of address and at the end it needed a payment because I was in a rush due to needing the correct adress for a company van I paid it without thinking now when I track my application it's saying awaiting documentation.

    "gov.co.uk" does not exist.

Can you copy and paste the link you are using, please?

You may not be able to post links as a new user; if not can you edit the link so that it says something like "gov co uk" or "gov(dot)co(dot)UK".
  • Who sent the email saying you needed more documentation and exactly what documents do they need ?

Your licence (and its address) have no connection to any vehicle, company or otherwise.
