Sad news Utility Point gone under never had a problem with them,
most of the posts i have read on sites not related to MSE have been
mostly about claiming back refunds.
I find it quite staggering that consumers allow large amounts to mount up
in one case £900, is this a case of failing to input meter readings once a month?

I find it staggering that people keep starting new threads on the same subject when there are several clearly visible on the front page of the forum.

Agree with this. You would have thought theres a moderator somewhere who can merge all these threads, or delete the ones which are nothing more than saying again "utility point have stopped trading" or "shall i cancel my utility point direct debit"
