The ISVA was an official body until 1999 (The Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers) and was an alternative to RICS for valuations, surveys etc.
They ran courses, had their own exams etc etc and members had letters. MSVA, FSVA.
In 1999 the ISVA members agreed to become part of RICS and all ISVA members became RICS members.
What standing the new 'ISVA' has isn't clear, their website is pretty poor and it looks no more than a members club of some sort for RICS members (as that is now the only recognised body) who want representation and possibly a portal to advertise their services.
