Amazon refund worries

I bought a jacuzzi from Amazon and when it arrived it was not suitable due to having a run plug (not disclosed in description). We contacted the sellers 5 times asking for them to arrange collection and refund. Each time it took them almost a week to reply only to offer an adapter. We emailed Amazon and requested a full refund and for the item to be collected. We received full refund but no one has been in touch to collect the jacuzzi. The question I have is how long can Amazon take to recall a refund?? Or are we better to keep messaging them to collect? I’m not prepared to pay for collection but also don’t want to use the jacuzzi and then then recall the refund. Thanks

Did you purchase from the seller direct or was the order fulfilled by Amazon?

Don't use it, it's no longer yours since you've been refunded.  Anyway, if it wasn't useable because of the plug, how would you use it anyway?

Keep reminding them it's ready for collection.
