  • None that I know offer this type of comparison. Why would you want to compare energy prices in this way? Surely what matters is the cheapest tariff for the energy that you use in kWhs/year.

If you mean separately - no.

The purpose of the sites is to combine the two and give an overall estimate of costs
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill

See multiple previous identical posts .
All the sites measure from unit and s/c  , both these figures are easy to find .
Generally the top of the list have the lowest figures .
  • Plus some suppliers provide different unit rates depending on estimated usage - I got a sub-14p/KWh rate from Symbio last month because I have a high annual usage.

    No

What would be the point of that?

They all calculate the annual cost for you, in your supply region, based on your consumption for all factors of that tariff that combined will make up that annual cost.
(The CEC will allow you to select whether or not that annual cost should include cashback, where available)

Surely that is what one needs to make any meaningful comparison.

Most comparison sites allow you to view the full details of each tariff including, but not limited to, the standing charge and unit cost.

No.  Because comparison websites do not work like that.

Shame, was hoping the same, on a prepayment meter, I just top when needed.

Guess I will say unknown for both questions and see what happens.

On the comparison sites you only get asked for your Actual Annual Consumption which will be on your bills
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill

Not sure what 2 questions you are referring to, but this MSE article on getting the best deal for those currently on a PPM will hopefully help you

I don't get bills, I just pop up in shop and top up when I need too.
