Trying to return faulty laptop - company not replying to emails

I bought a laptop in early August, delivered mid august. It started freezing and crashing almost immediately, had a part replaced but now it crashes almost straight away. Want to return it for a full refund. It has been less than 30 days since it was delivered. Company is not responding to my emails (returns request). It was bought with a debit card. I have a few days left within the 30 days since delivery. What can I do?

The name of the company might help, at worst to name and shame them. The manufacturer and model of the laptop might also help, is it a reputable manufacturer, built by the company you bought it from?
Do they have a telephone number?0
