Who completes the compliance certificate for a restriction for the Land Registry?

The solicitors are in a ping/pong. The restriction is in relation to the annual management fee (third party). The pack states that either the buyer or seller's conveyancer can complete it but my conveyancer says that as the buyers have to agree and sign the deed, it is their role. They say it is the seller's role. I'm so fed up of it all now :-(

Hi, I'm the seller. The Management pack says it's either the buyer or seller's solicitor. I'm not sure of the wording on the Title but it's ensuring that a deed of covenant is completed by the buyer and sent to the Management company on completion and ensuring the restriction stays on the buyer's title. It does look like the buyer's solicitor is best placed to do this based on the wording. Thanks 😁0

So frustrating when this happens between solicitors but that’s part of the process.
