Bought a memory foam mattress (Body Impressions - Spa Sensations) about 2 years ago for my mother and noticed a sag in the middle

Phoned up the manufacturer - Ventura Corporation and within a week their Quality control team Simon and Tracy arranged a replacement

He even delivered it personally !!
