Job retention BONUS

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has any updates on the job retention bonus that was published end of 2020 and was going to be open to claim for between Feb and march 2021 until the furlough scheme was extended. Since the extension there has been no update of any kind that I can find on the govuk site.
The bonus was £1000 per employee that you furloughed and have kept continuosly employed.
As a small business it's going to b a life line when furlough ends but we're starting to worry now that there has been no updates on it.
If anyone knows any further details on it, we would b very great full to hear about them.

Many thanks

It was abolished when CJRS was extended until the end of September 2021.

Thought you were on benefits.   Now you run a small business with employees furloughed ?

When being asked if u recieve universal credit, should u say yes if i recieve tax credits instead?
I'm applying for the warm home discount and its asking if I recieve child element and housing element of universal credits but doesnt ask if I recieve either of them through tax credits, so should i say yes, even tho I'm not receiving them through UC? Or could this result in my claim being turned down?
This seems to happen on alot of applications

It is possible that the OP is on benefits and also runs a small business with employee furloughed.  The OP could be sole-Director of own Ltd Co. and furloughed self and still employs self so intended to claim the JRB.  Not sure on the details of the rules of the scheme, but that is a possible way the two comments (UC / tax credits) plus furloughed employee(s) *though most likely only in the singular).  Could be a possibility.

Tax credits and housing benefit can be paid to people are working.

Thank you, is there anywhere that it states it's actually been scrapped?

    • In addition, the Jobs Retention Bonus (JRB) will not be paid in February and the government will redeploy a retention incentive at the appropriate time. The purpose of the JRB was to encourage employers to keep people in work until the end of January. However, as the CJRS is being extended to the end of March 2021, the policy intent of the JRB falls away.
