I knew I should not take it out, but when I realized it was a nail, I don't know why I was just want to take it out!!!

Of course you take it out. Never just leave it. Is the tyre losing air? Do the bubble test and check with your air pressure gauge.if it is it needs repairing. If not keep checking to make sure.cherry2017 said:
