I think everyone who has been on this forum has an idea of the kind of "help" this poster proffers, almost always "nice", but equally almost always "inaccurate".

Yeah.  I don't know if he coined the phrase but it's a bit like what the creator of Dilbert called "bungee management".  Swoop in once, create chaos, and then bungee out never to return, leaving others to pick up the pieces.
