Last week Thurs I received a letter from DRP for non payment etc for £155, today I have received Notice to Keeper from Euro Car parks for £85 ,for a parking charge from June.
How do I respond.?to either ,one or non?
Vehicle details eg V5 c no issue as correct from March this year

I assume that these are two separate cases. I think more details will be required, though you need to redact personal details etcThe pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.1

Hang on, not too late! We are seeing a pattern here. The other day we saw a BPA member case where a PCN from June didn’t arrive until now.Can anyone recall if that was ECP? I think it was Britannia or someone else but the story was the exact same. Maybe they all use the same Mail delay Consolidator firm middle man and there could be whole batches like this. I think we will hear more about this.
As I said to the other person, complain to the parking firm and to the BPA and suggest there appear to be a batch of delayed NTKs seriously affected by an issue with a mail consolidator middle man. Say that MSE forum posters sent you to the BPA to alert them to a pattern we’ve seen.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I recall seeing that scenario on another discussion recently , so yes , complain to the BPA AOS team online , plus try an appeal to ECP based on the timescales etc. Nothing ventured , nothing gained
