Parking eye, 2 years on.

So I went to a hotel one day, pitch black didn’t see no signs and was asked for number plate on service desk.
that was 2 years ago October, since then 3 court dates changed. Mitigation they failed to turn up on and many emails though another court process.

is there a way I can squash this claim through their failure to attend mitigation and change of court dates?

Not where I parked, I went past signs that were above eye line and/either no lighting to be able to see them.
was given a sign layout as evidence and the signs covered only half the parking lot

‘Parking lot’ is American.  Anyway so digress and so did @bargepole.

You will have to provide your witness statement, evidence and costs schedule some weeks before the hearing, so have you done that yet?  You can point out unreasonable conduct at the hearing, which would include agreeing to mediation then not turning up.

@Coupon-mad I haven’t provided any evidence as of yet but that’s what my next step is and also complain to my local mp.
but yeah mitigation failure to turn up and also a zoom cal failure to turn up too! Was thinking of counter claim for loss of earning but I feel just getting it squished is good enough
