Dropped kerb ticket

I have been issued a council ticket for parking on a dropped kerb.

The picture shows my car on what looks like a speed bump, running the full width of the road - no signs warning of restricted parking. I have checked online and can find nothing that advises dropped kerbs are anything other than something that reduces the height of the pavement to road level, rather than building the road up to pavement level.

Is this correct?.

Have a read through some of the other threads there before you post your own to get the hang of what information they need from you in your opening post - but as a minimum you will need to post redacted photos/scans of all correspondence you've received from the council (both sides, if appropriate) as they need to see all the small print.
