It came about because I actually got a call completely out of the blue from the office a day after I'd last posted.   I think it was from one of my previous call back requests that they'd only just gotten round to.

I just told him the whole story again and explained that my only course of action was to "formally" request a reassessment of the photograph.  He took all the details and said he'd make sure the request was on the system.

I'm not looking at going abroad any time soon though, although I might have to finally apply for a Revolut account

My experiences with passport verification for airlines and also the ground handling solution are very positive. O course I have been suspicious but with this everything went faster. Time ist money

Well that didn't take long did it lol. You really must have a holiday now, you need to use that passport......

No, from December. But it was right up the list and I had been following it previously.

Oh right, that December one just looks like spam that isn't actually on topic - the poster hasn't engaged with the forum since making both of their posts within minutes of each other last month....
