PCR TEST Refund help

I'm hoping I can get some guidance possibly?
I booked a flight for 4 people to go to Dublin for the day in August.
As I'm the only person that was double vaccinated at the time I booked 3x RT-PCR tests through the company ExpressTest at my place of work.
When it was brought to my attention that even with a negative pcr the other 3 in my household would still have to quarantine for four days which was no good I contacted the Airline and they confirmed this.
I cancelled the flights and looked to rebook once we all were double jabbed. I received my refund and then approached ExpressTest for the same.
They refused to give me a refund stating their terms but gave me a voucher for these 3 tests which have a 12 month date on. I phoned the company to explain this was not of any use as we would not need them. A man explained I would have to go onto their site go to submit feedback and ask for ac refund instead to which I did but got refused again. The 2nd time I rang I noticed the pre recorded menu message stated obtaining a refund. I asked this to the man on the phone and he started going through my complaint which at no point did he ask any of my details?
I asked to speak to the manager that apparently he was speaking to and the reply I got was "The manager doesn't wish to speak on the phone"?????
I'm now stuck with £168 worth of tests that I will never use???
Can anyone help as this money could be useful back in my bank right now?

What do the terms and conditions you agreed to say about refunds?
Did they post any of the tests out to you yet?
You're not automatically entitled to a refund - it'll depend on the circumstances. Unfortunately you choosing not to travel is your choice, and you might have to suck up the costs of the tests - but answer the above and we'll be able to tell you for sure0 -
Express test T&Cs
1 No right to change your mind. Once you have booked the test, you do not have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. This is because your contract with CDL is for the supply of a medicinal product, i.e., the test, by administration by a prescriber, or under a prescription or directions given by a prescriber, and the cancellation rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 do not apply.
5.2 Cancelling your test.
5.2.1 All tests - Even though you do not have a legal right to change your mind (see Clause 5.1), for test appointments that are cancelled more than 72 hours in advance we will on request, issue a CDL Covid-19 testing voucher for the value of your original test to use for an equivalent test at any of our testing centres within a period of 12 months from the date of your original test (subject to availability). Cancellations within 72 hours* of your appointment time will not be permitted unless your flight has been cancelled by the airline within 72 hours or government guidelines have changed. In this event, we will ask for proof of that fact and you will have the option to rebook for an alternative date or request a voucher.
