Can't change my MSE account email..

After entering password to confirm the new email, I get..

Something has gone wrong.

We've run into a problem and are unable to handle this request right now.
Please check back in a little while.

Need to change soon as current one is being discontinued by employer..

Is this temporary problem or something I am doing? tried lots of times over today.

Our suppliers are still investigating this one. I will do my best to post an update when normal service is restored.

What's the workaround for the OP if they lose access to their current email address prior to "your suppliers" getting around to fixing this?

In those circumstances I would recommend contacting us at forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com - preferably from the 'old' email address whilst it is still accessible.

Thanks but that has passed now, email no longer available. I just tried changing it, its still broken. I find it amazing its so difficult to fix a basic 'change of email' function. 99% of websites, web stores, forums, you name it has a working function for this.

You should now be able to change your registered email address on the forum.
