How is your platform reflecting Daimler shares?

AJ Bell has changed the name of holdings to reflect they are 'provisional shares' and the value is showing as 0. I was expecting to have the sell/trade button disabled for these so was surprised to see the value as zero. Out of interest how are other platforms showing?

Degiro is probably more European than AJBell. They offer Daimler shares via Frankfurt, Berlin or Paris stock markets with nothing new or unusual that I can see.0

Has there been a corporate action?0

There's not been anything in the last few days. There have been mergers, de-mergers and name changes in the past. It's possible that some old category of shares stopped being traded recently and should, instead, be exchanged for new shares. If OP can provide the exact name of his shares or why trading was expected to be disabled, I will look into this further.Thrugelmir said:Has there been a corporate action?
The next corporate action is likely to be a splitting of the car and truck divisions later this year. When this happens, existing Daimler shares are likely to be replaced by shares in two "new" listed companies. This action will achieve many things, including confusing the many shareholders who don't follow such matters.0 -
Shareholder voting was last week. These are standard XETRA:DAI shares. My friend says AJ Bell messed up.

I am not impressed with AJBell. I wanted to place a limit order to buy a FTSE100 stock in a SIPP yesterday but I got a message to say "Limit orders are not available for this investment". I don't know what the issue was. I successfully places a limit order on a FTSE250 stock earlier. I would rather hold cash that open up a position that's going to be problematic to close. I sent AJBell a message but there's no reply yet.vikkiew said:My friend says AJ Bell messed up.

Change can take a few days. I temporarily "lost" access to Total when it's ticker changed from TTA to TTE. Following a change of name. Not an instanteous exercise.maxsteam said:
