Renewal on line for driving license error
I made error on my online driving license renewal application .
So a letter arrives to say ..Important .. you must not drive ..
A load of paper work attached to appeal if I do have a medical condition.
it was a silly misunderstanding I made of a question .
So 40mins on phone listening due COVID .ect ect .only to be I told that a form would be sent out that night.
Would not Email to me .
Luckily for me I don’t work,or run the kids about .
anybody else had same problem ,if so how long did it take to get sorted .

Current answer is 'how long's a piece of string' - generally anything 'automatic' via DVLA is measured in days, anything 'manual' is measured in weeks with little/no chance of intervention to speed it up.
Given you made the error you'll need to accept the time it takes them0 -
