Humax Freesat Box Issue?

I have a Humax Freetime Box which records 2 channels which i use for freesat having ditched Sky over two years ago.
Just recently some recording are pixelated and showing weak signal, when i check the settings and go into signal info, it is showing good signal on tuner 1 but tuner 2 is occasionally showing as weak and then coming back on to good.
Does anybody know if this would be a dish issue or to do with the box, I'm assuming a brand new dish or lnb if the signal is weak but i'm no expert.

First to thing to look at is the coax cable connection on your box. Remove and check the F connectors for any damage then reinsert making sure the centre wire goes into the connection properly and doesn't get bent and tighten properly. If you still have issues the it could be your dish may be out of alignment or the LNB (or the connections to it) may be loose or need replacing.1

As said check cables.
Also check the Humax F-sockets for sign of corrosion and water damage... that can happen when water tracks down the cable from damage (or poor installation) outside.
Swap over cable 1 to input 2 and vice versa - does the problem follow the cable to the other tuner?
