Travel to Majorca - Documentation Required

Hi

Just trying to double check what documentation we required for Majorca - we are double vaccinated. Flying with BA.

• Spanish Health Form.
• Proof of vaccination.

Flying tomorrow - have loaded docs into BA website - these have been checked - all ticks - yet when I checkin online it tells me my docs are not valid - but doesn't tell me what is wrong!

So now worried that I have missed a document!

I’m off to Majorca next week but with EasyJet, having read your post I’m worried I’ve missed something. I haven’t entered anything anywhere on the Easyjet website apart from the usual passenger information info from my passport. I have a COVID passport thingy in my phone and I’ve also printed out a hard copy in case of issues. I’ve made enquiries about a test in Majorca before I return to the UK and I have booked and paid for my day 2 tests for when I return. I know I have to do passenger locator forms before I return as well.

You need to complete the form at https://spth.gob.es/

Remember your vaccine is not from the EU and the security code is within the email they said you once you register - 5 letters.

I did read that and I know my UK covid passport is not from the EU but it says:

This can be a EU Digital COVID Certificate, or a supporting document of those indicated above, whether the traveller arrives from an EU member state or from a third country.

and later it says:

n the case of certificates or supporting documents (vaccination, diagnostic test, recovery), which are not EU Digital COVID Certificates, they must be the original, in Spanish, English, French or German and may be submitted in paper or electronic format. Any of these documents shall contain, at least, the following data: name and surname of the traveller and:
-In the case of documentary evidence of vaccination: date of vaccination with full schedule, at least 14 days prior to arrival in Spain, with vaccines authorised by the European Medicines Agency or by the World Health Organisation, and country where vaccinated.

My NHS thing shows all the necessary information including my name, DOB, the vaccine with dates all of which are well over the 14 days before travel required.

If I need to also do a Spanish Health form then I will get on to that tomorrow.

The UK NHS Vaccination certificate is acceptable to enter Spain. My understanding is that on the Spth form it gives the option to upload your certificate, but that's only available for EU certificates.

No need to upload your UK Covid vaccine - just have it printed to show the checkin staff in UK - they will also need the Spanish form - but remember that will be given to the Spanish health people.
