Euro Carpark Fine
Hi, we had the absolute misfortune of getting lost in Birmingham and taking a sat nav wrong turn. To prevent us going through any bus gates we pulled into a small pub carpark so I could reboot my sat nav. I was stationary with the engine running whilst putting the postcode back in for the destination. We were there 2mins and 25seconds. We received the £100 fine through the post today. I explained the circumstances that I wasn’t actually parked and the reason to why we had entered the car park but they state they are upholding the fine. Usual bully boy tactics saying you can’t appeal that decision and if you do the fine goes up to a £100. Utter disgrace of a company - any help or advice welcome
