£3 Charge by Natwest Visa for Yourpoints

Having heard about this crazy charge of £3 per month if you do not spend more than £1000 a month on BBC Money box I called NatWest Visa. They checked their records and I have been told that I am not on the list of people who will be charged. Why I am not being charged maybe due to my annual spend (but not over £1000 every month) or that I have complained about their service in the past. I always pay off my balance every month (yes every month) but they make their money out of me with the retailers commission and from exchange rates as most of my purchases are not in sterling.
How can yourpoints be better than airmiles if it costs £36 per year?
you have been warned
There will be no Brexit dividend for Britain.
