AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you have mobility issues, or are with someone who has difficulty walking. It will not be considered, not even when you shop here. Especially if you are disabled and cannot walk back the car in time. I tried to tell PARKING EYE who operates this car park that I was with my elderly, vulnerable dad, who can only walk painfully slowly after surviving intensive care in 2018. There was no way he could be expected to walk like a normal person because he shuffles slowly and uses a walking stick. I also shopped at ASDA that time. According to Parking eye, they were more than keen to tell me it would not be considered. I was unfairly forced to pay a Parking Notice, and this should never have happened. My advice is to use another venue until such time ASDA realises the questionable behaviour of PARKING EYE who irresponsibly manages their car parks and fails to acknowledge the needs of vulnerable adults and their carers in the community; furthermore to that point, vulnerable ASDA customers. I am seriously concerned about this.
Asda can order this refunded and you should never have paid it.
