3 is what they wanted to give us.1 -

If you're having a mortgage to buy the property, you'll have to check the lender is happy with this change.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -
I'd be worried about overbearing self entitled ex owners now neighbours who will be constantly poking their nose in and behaving like they still own the property and can tell you what to do or not.7

That's a massive chunk of land, not just a little access strip or whatever. I would refuse or pull out. They're taking the PXXXWhat do they want it for? Are they planning to build on it.....side and back!!3

Pull out, either way you’ll end up feeling resentful or they will!April 2020 - £102,222 Loans/CC’s.
Jan 2022 - £0
Cleared - £102,222
Jan 2022 - Now time to build suitable investments and a business!1 -
That change will significantly devalue that property compared to what you offered. It it was me I would pull out of the purchase because I wouldn't want to live next door to someone who thought that doing this at this late stage was acceptable. They should have sorted it before they put the house on the market.0

They wanted to use the land to extend the garden of the carehome no idea why they needed anymore garden as it’s already big enough, and what they was taking of our garden would’ve been pointless.0
