Easy to rub a shoe in that position.

Take it to a shoe repair place, if and when you’re sure that the shop isn’t going to help. That’ll be better than bodging it yourself.Nosy said:Yes i do drive. The store manager didnt call back and no one picks up their phone.

Received a call from the store manager today saying that headoffice have rejected but he could not give much clarity. He said that they can be stern and he will speak with them tomorrow to try and get me a replacement. he agrees that it is manufacturer fault but then mentioned something about a rejection letter and said he will call tomorrow.0

Hi everyone,
The store have taken my trainers for repair. Can anyone help me with understanding my rights after repair? Does the repair come with a standard guarantee according to statutory rights?0 -
It doesn’t reset the clock, if that’s what you mean. You still have a pair of trainers over 6 months old with the rights as before. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Flannels is part of Sports Direct.Nosy said:They were at full price from retail store but because it was Christmas time and i think due to covid they were offering discounts on all their products at full price. They were bought new not second hand from store called Flannels.
Not sure why the price has gone up now though, may be popular trainers.
