Parking charges county court claims form received

in Parking tickets, fines & parking
I received a letter last year August 2020 saying I have not payed a parking fine on 16/8/2017. 3years after it has allegedly happened. I did not receive any fine either through a ticket on my window screen or through the post at the time so thought it was a scam. I have ignored 2 other letter and now have this court action letter. What do I do? I really want to fight this but can’t risk being black listed for credit.

    Read the fifth post and the second post of the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum in announcements

    Tell us the name of the parking company Claimant

    Post the issue date from the claim form below too

    Email a SAR to the DPO at the parking company and attach a copy of the claim form as proof of I D under the GDPR law to obtain all your data

    It's not a scam

    It's not a fine , it's an invoice

    Get your V5C out and check the name and address are correct , because the original PCN went somewhere and they have traced you
