Businesses are allowed to discriminate against anyone they like, unless its for one of the following reasons:-
age
gender reassignment
being married or in a civil partnership
being pregnant or on maternity leave
disability
race including colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin
religion or belief
sex
sexual orientation
So they are allowed to discriminate against people who swear at their staff, don't pay on time, return too many items, and so on.
If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.
