If that were necessary, the guidance would say so.0

You should also forward it to the claimants solicitors and tell us if you got an acknowledgement from the CCBC or not?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Received a letter acknowledging receipt of my defence from the court service. Then this week i received an email from Gladstone solicitors offering mediation but also attaching a completed N180. I have been waiting to receive a N180 to complete should i contact the courts ?Coupon-mad said:You should also forward it to the claimants solicitors and tell us if you got an acknowledgement from the CCBC or not?0

But you don't know when the Claimant has to respond to the CCBC, or if they have done so yet. Also you don't know what delays there are in the CCBC that means they don't send you a DQ as promptly as you might like. Can I suggest that you keep checking your MCOL Claim History and as soon as you see that the CCBC has sent a DQ to you, you are ready to download a DQ, complete it and fire it back to the CCBC, remembering to send a copy to the Claimant of course.3

No , do not contact the CCBC , keep checking MCOL like mentioned above
You should be following the 12 numbered steps in the defence template post , plus the Bargepole guide from 5 years ago2

Perhaps we all need to remember that the OP is not the named Defendant.
That point was made on the OP's earlier thread but has not been mentioned at all on this thread.
 Indeed, quite the opposite.

Remember that list you were following when you filed your Defence?Djidrone23 said:HiJust received the questionnaire which has been filled out can it only be sent by post or can it be emailed over to the claimant and court ?
Items 9 and 10 on that list have your answer.
Go back to that and re-read items 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 on that list.
If we only had one thread about this parking incident things would be much easier for you, and us.
