I bought a car through a PCP deal with this Essex based outfit about 12 months ago and really wish I hadn't.
Firstly, as soon as I got the car their service to me ended.
They didn't return calls or emails and eventually when I got through to someone, they were rude and just said, "yeah, we sacked him" but did not apologise for the fact that I had been trying to get hold of them for weeks!
In October, they took two payments off me at once and again it took me a week to get through to someone to sort it out (credit to Barbara in Accounts)
I called them again last week and when they picked up the phone they said, "Hello" and were very abrupt to me. When I said could I speak to accounts, the guy cut across me and said, "what's it about" in a very aggressive manner.
At this point I lost my temper and said to him to just put me through and unbelieveably,(yes this is true) he laughed and put the phone down on me!
After getting through to the Accounts dept, I found out that the guy in question was a Director of the company.
As soon as I can walk away from this deal and give the car back I will and I will never, ever reccommend them to anyone.
Very, very shoddy service, poor customer contact and amateur at best. Please avoid.
