How is your application progressing? I am in the same boat! 

My full application went in on 7th September, valuation booked for the 16th September. Received an email today asking for more documents. Waiting is stressful because of the 28 days turnaround timescale! 

Got my offer today!! 🎉🎉3 weeks from submission. Any news on yours?

Hi, not related to mortgage offer time at all but just wondered if you could answer a question for me? Did Kent Reliance do a further credit check before completion after contracts were signed? Thank you
