Kent reliance mortgage

Hi everyone.
Just wondering if anyone has had any recent experience with Kent reliance mortgages. I’m buying a new build shared ownership and have just submitted a full application. Any idea how long it takes roughly? Also I’ve heard they are very thorough. I have only submitted the statements for the 2 current accounts that I use, I have a few other current accounts that I don’t use. Just wondering if I should have submitted these too to save any delays. Will they ask for these extra docs?

I assume you applied direct? Why are you worried, is there anything in your credit history/statements to worry about"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

Hi,No I applied through a broker. I have late payments from about 2 years ago hence why I was referred to Kent. All declared to my broker he had my credit file. On my statements on the accounts I don’t use it’s just overdraft interest which I cover monthly. Im wondering if this will affect me as I’ve just left them overdrawn (within limit). Have you used them?0

How is your application progressing? I am in the same boat!My full application went in on 7th September, valuation booked for the 16th September. Received an email today asking for more documents. Waiting is stressful because of the 28 days turnaround timescale!1 -

The wait is so frustrating! Good luck with yours 🤞1 -
