    Trumpet vine? although looking again while the flowers look similar the habit looks different

    Not sure I dare risk trumpet vine, reading up on it it could be pretty invasive as well as pretty!

    The salvia is definitely correct

    Clary Sage Painted - Salvia viridis - Red White Blue established plants in  pot  eBay




     but the arrangement of the flowers/buds looks different to the trumpet vine
