Cheers, perhaps that's what their solicitor has told them and therefore what they're telling the agent if they did it about 7 weeks ago. Why is that? It feels to me the same as an agent requesting proof that we have the cash to pay for it? Almost like buyer: prove you can pay. Seller: prove you can sell.Surrey_EA said:
