SSE HELP
Dear Mr Lewis
Please would you be able to help me ? I have been with SSE for a lot of years, Key meter, I have been upgraded to a smart meter which was fine but then my Credit when I topped up wasn’t going through to my Meter and I had the receipt to say it was.
I phoned SSE and was talked through what to do with My Meters and the top up went on finally but I was told if it happened again to contact them, This did happen again.
I contacted them by email, no reply I contacted them again, No reply, I then contacted them on Facebook Messenger and spoke to a gentleman called Nathan who did try to help.
3 change of Gas and Electric meters, 4 days of waiting in and still things are going wrong and they are not responding to emails. I have phoned them, waited over 1 and a half hours just to be put through to different department who then put my through to another department who then cut me off !!!.
I have £90 credit on my electric which seems to be working but I am showing a debt of £2.something but in reality I am £86.83 in credit on my gas.
I am registered disabled, I have a CPAP machine at night to keep me breathing. I have a lot of health problems but believe me this is causing me so much stress and depression it is unreal.
Please can you do anything to help me ?
