eon switch problem
Hi, I have been sent a bill from eon after switching from them in July 2019. They say they didn't get a final reading and have only just received it. They say that I still need to pay so long after switching to another supplier and I am not sure whether to pay it or not. New supplier said they received the meter reading in Nov 2019 when the switch took place...
