Windows 10 upgrade top bar is white

I just had Windows 10 upgrade of some description it was Win 10 before it is now Win 10 new version.

The problem is the top bar of each window opened is now white,  when placed against another window I cannot distinguish where the top bar is because it is white against white and it makes dragging difficult and finding the 'X' to close the window difficult.

How to change the top bar to blue?

Thanks
