COVID test requirements flying from Spain to Romania?

Hi all!

My girlfriend and I are travelling from the UK to Spain (both double vaxxed so no test needed to get into Spain), then 6 days later going from Spain to Romania, then Romania back to the UK (is a PCR test needed in Romania to get back to the UK!?) but, I can't seem to find a definitive answer/confirmation on what COVID testing requirements are needed to go from Barcelona to Bucharest.

The airline we're flying with from Spain to Romania don't have a 'COVID travel hub', unlike EasyJet (who we're flying with to get to Spain) that offers relatively clear cut guidance on what's needed.

Can anyone quite simply tell me what's needed in this instance? There seems to be so many conflicting sources for travelling from the UK to Spain, let alone travelling from one European country to another!

You would need to check Romanian websites for the entry requirements.

I don' know if this one is current but, if it is,  both Spain and gEAT britain are red list countries which require quarantine on arrival.

As you will have been in Spain in the 10 days before travelling to UK you need to follow the rules for the Amber travel list countries when returning to UK.

So does this mean travellers from the UK are just waved in if holding vaccine certificates?

I'd also like to know this! In terms of a 'vaccine certificate', would this be our travel pass in the NHS app for those who are fully vaxxed in the UK?
