Just wanted to update on my win - received this..... I'm not getting the prize - only ever received on kit (which was amazing btw)We have decided after a lot of deliberation to take a break from the kits arm of Restaurant Kits. Every time you open a box from us you will have read the following words: ‘founded by restaurant owners to support the places that we love.’ That was the reason Restaurant Kits was founded, it was our north star, our purpose. Looking back, I am pleased to say that we delivered on that promise. We have delivered over 100,000 meals up and down the country and helped support over 50 amazing partners.Times have now changed, people are eating out again and we are so glad to see it. We made a decision to set up in a way that took all the pressure of our restaurant partners as we saw ourselves as a support mechanism to them. This worked during lockdowns when volumes were high but less so when lockdown ended. Our partners now need a different type of support to the one we were able to offer through kits. We are delighted to see so many people out and about again and we want to use this time to focus on delivering an amazing experience in our restaurants.We may come back to kits at some point in the near future but we wanted to thank you for helping us get through this year and shaping the amazing business that Restaurant Kits grew into. We hope we have brought some joy into your lives but for now we wave goodbye. Thank you for everything, we would be nothing without you.We hope to see you all soon!Best,DidiSent from my iPhone0
