CIFAS marker has been removed after appealing, when can I open a bank?

Situation:
Someone sent me £25 to my starling account for a deposit for a mobile phone I was selling via market place. The account holder then said it wasn't her that had done it. Long story short, Starling bank put a cat6 marker on the CIFAS database.
I didn't know I had this marker until my accounts got shut down and I was unable to open another current account. I then requested my data for CIFAS and they sent me a letter and email with the CIFAS marker information. I didn't understand it at all and looked online. It was a scary thing to read about as people usually have it stuck for 6 years and have to take legal action to even have a chance of it being removed.
I did enquire about getting legal help but all the fees were £500+ :O
However I thought about the situation and I actually am innocent (I was just so frightened) so I appealed it via email. An amazing guy called Aaron asked for proof of communication with said buyer and he did his investigation.
I got an email yesterday CONFIRMING the marker has been removed!!!
My question now is: When can I open a current account with a high street bank? Should I wait?
Thank you for your time,
B

There's no need to wait, unless you believe you have other serious issues on your files or other CIFAS markers.1

Thank you, no I have checked and everything else is fine. I just didn't want to apply for account then get declined because it takes time for CIFAS to update the database.Deleted_User said:There's no need to wait, unless you believe you have other serious issues on your files or other CIFAS markers.
