Exactly as expected and the list of steps to take (as the template defence thread explains, and as @KeithP explained on your thread) didn't end with defence.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So do I just wait for the questionnaire to come through should I add a witness to prove I was not the driver ?Coupon-mad said:Exactly as expected and the list of steps to take (as the template defence thread explains, and as @KeithP explained on your thread) didn't end with defence.0

I now have the letter from court for the small claims track, should I tick mediation? really did nt expect it to go this far how likely is it I will have to go to court, stressing about it0

Follow the 12 numbered steps in the defence template post by coupon mad , plus read the guidance advice by Bargepole , both of which you were told to do earlier. The answers are already there , but you won't know if you don't do the research !
Nobody can tell you the odds of it going to court , you are currently in the administration , procedures and payment stages , which are proceeding in a Normal and predictable manner
 Speculation is pointless1

The NEWBIES thread 2nd post has a red heading 'IMPORTANT - KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN' that we expect everyone to read, that includes the 'court process' thread by @bargepole that already explains why NOT to agree to Mediation.
No-one goes to court now, it's over the phone if it goes as far as a hearing. Not a big deal and of course it would proceed past this stage, they don'/t discontinue this early, as other threads show you.
You are only getting stressed due to not reading enough threads or bargepole's thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If you had read the numerous threads on this forum where mediation is discussed, you would know that it is not recommended for parking cases, unless you are the kind of muppet who actually wants to pay the scammers their ill-gotten gains.Jafface said:I now have the letter from court for the small claims track, should I tick mediation? really did nt expect it to go this far how likely is it I will have to go to court, stressing about it
What did you expect when you started this process? This is an adversarial legal procedure, not an afternoon tea party. Almost all these cases end up as a court hearing, mostly by telephone or video currently, but some Courts are starting to revert to having the parties present in person, so don't be surprised if you find yourself in front of a stony-faced Judge peering at you over his glasses, and a sharp-suited advocate for the parking company trying to trip you up.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.2

No doubt the experts will comment shortly regarding the correct WS examples to look at but in the meantime:-"On the 4th February 2017, I was a passenger in my car registration xxxx...."Has the claimant used the American format of dating as it says 02/04/2017 on the PoC posted 13.9.21:-2
