A little confused about fund's equity allocation %

Good Morning. I'm a little confused and I hope someone can point out the obvious that I'm probably missing!!! In our ISA's we hold units of the 7IM AAP Balanced C Acc, via Fidelity. "Themes" usually refers to things that the manager believes are going to change the world or will be in high demand in the future, e.g. technology, energy storage, carbon capture, healthcare, etc
