Wow considering the other prices I've had thats amazing.
Looking at wholesaler rates that actually looks astounding value! The only issue with equipment cost is that every couple years they get better and so previous generations drop in price for clearance like the example below taken from a wholesaler.

That is a good price , if anything it looks too good, who is the quote off?

That's a good one given the SolarEdge kit too.

My sister's install in the summer works out about the same. There was already scaffolding up, so I'll bump the price up to ~£9k (to allow for that) for 10.3kWp, but that was with a string inverter (3 phase).

Also that's about half the price I paid for my installs totalling 5.58kWp, back in 2011 + 2012.
Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 20kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.

For general PV advice please see the PV FAQ thread on the Green & Ethical Board.

Its Light Renewables, but I've seen QrizB has been having some issues getting the paperwork from them. My quote includes the MCS, G98 Certs, System Registration and 'final balance paid on satisfactory installation', but compared to the other prices...

If you want to, tell them you'll take the quote once they've sorted out the remaining issues on my install :D

I would say pay most of it after the install if you happy with the install and hold back say £500 until all the paperwork is complete.
