Have got the virgin money current account with the linked savings account whereby you can create savings pots.

Problem is, money keeps either moving in or our of the pots into not allocated. Anyone else have this problem, its frustrating & somewhat renders the account useless when I put money into a pot, then for some reason it comes out. Then when you put it back in, it the tells you you've over accounted & need to reverse their errors.

I switched to virgin money from tsb to get the free wine, interest on my current account, and the savings account. so all stuff the tsb were no longer interested in. and its been fine. the interest it pays is peanuts, but so is everything now. and as the economy picks up, if it does, and other offers and freebies appear, I may switch again.

I have exactly the same issue. The amounts in my savings pots just randomly change - making the function totally useless. I even tried contacting VM about it - but got nowhere. I was just told to try restarting the app!! Very original.

Not seen any decent rates with Virgin other than regular saver. Tandem have pots and a good rate of interest

Move to other bank. 
VM easy access not giving good interest rate anyway
